01

Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how NovFourteen ("NovFourteen," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you visit this website, contact us, or ask about our creative and marketing services.

NovFourteen is responsible for the personal information it decides to collect and use through this website. This Policy does not cover a third-party website or service simply because we link to it.

02

Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Information you submit: your name, email address, phone number, message, and any details you choose to include when contacting us.
  • Communications: our correspondence and information needed to respond to, scope, or follow up on your inquiry.
  • Technical information: information normally included in web requests and security logs, such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, and request times.

Please do not send sensitive personal information through the contact form unless it is necessary and we have asked you to provide it.

03

How we use information

We use personal information only for legitimate and proportionate purposes, including to:

  • respond to your message and communicate about a potential or current engagement;
  • prepare proposals, deliver requested services, and maintain business records;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
  • prevent spam, misuse, fraud, or other harmful activity; and
  • comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.

Where required, we rely on your consent, steps taken at your request, performance of a contract, our legitimate business interests, or compliance with law as the basis for processing.

04

Cookies and similar technologies

The public website does not currently use advertising cookies or intentionally deploy analytics cookies. Our hosting and security providers may process essential technical data needed to deliver and protect the site. The restricted content-management area uses authentication technology so an authorized administrator can sign in securely.

If we introduce analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking, we will update this Policy and provide any consent choices required by applicable law.

05

How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose it only to:

  • service providers that support website hosting, form processing, email, security, storage, and related business operations;
  • professional advisers where reasonably necessary and subject to appropriate duties of confidence;
  • authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security; or
  • a successor in connection with a merger, reorganization, or transfer of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Providers may process information only for the services they supply to us and under their own applicable privacy and security obligations.

06

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including the time needed to respond to an inquiry, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

07

International processing

Some service providers may process information outside the Philippines or the country where you live. Where required, we use reasonable safeguards intended to protect information during those transfers.

08

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to be informed, access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, request erasure or blocking, obtain portable data, and lodge a complaint with a privacy regulator. These rights may be subject to lawful limitations.

To make a request, email info@novfourteen.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing it. You may also contact the Philippine National Privacy Commission if you believe your data-privacy rights have been violated.

09

Children’s privacy

This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the site, please contact us so we can address it.

10

Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as our website, services, or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be presented in an appropriate way.
